How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery in Bulgaria takes 2-3 business days. For international orders, the delivery time is 7-14 business days.

What are the shipping costs?
Delivery in Bulgaria is free for orders over 100 BGN. For smaller orders the fee is 5 BGN.

Can I track my order?
Yes, after your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How do I choose the right size?
There is a size chart on each product page. We recommend checking the measurements before ordering.

Can I return a product?
Yes, you have the right to return within 14 days of receiving the order, if the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I order a replacement?
